Dear People of Gangseo! Hello!
I'm Choi Dong-cheol, the 9th chairman of Gangseo-gu
District Council.

Through the support of the Gangseo residents, the first half of the 9th Gangseo District Council term that was newly launched with great anticipation is now in its 2nd year. As the body that represents the people of Gangseo, the council, based on strengthened expertise, has actively engaged in legislative activities to promote the advancement of the region and the welfare of the people, with a sense of great responsibility.

In addition, we have pursued an open council that communicates and listens to various opinions, sharing with the people of Gangseo the hopes and expectations for the changes in Gangseo District.

As a representative body of the Gangseo District people, we will continue to listen to the voices of the people and solve the issues and difficulties of the local community. Also, as a cooperative partner with the executive department, we will lead the way for the region’s advancement and create a happy Gangseo for all the district residents.

Furthermore, we will share council news in an easier and more convenient way through the renewed website. We will share various council activities and work toward the bright future of Gangseo by prioritizing the people.
